The Girl on the Train book review

THIS IS NOT A REVIEW FOR CHILDREN
Rachel takes the train every morning to London. Everyday when the train stops for a red light she can see a couple sitting out on their porch. Until something shocking happens.
There is a lot of sexual affairs in this book. That being said the affairs are not glorified, in fact other than the the person who is having the affair, it hurts people. Also, the affairs are mostly referenced, but every once in awhile they may be described, but only something like a kiss or a touch.
Language: 14 or 15 uses of f-ck, 4 or 5 sexually, a couple uses of s-it, a few uses of b-tch, hell, and damn, one use of b-stard and the curse word "arse", a couple uses of "bloody"
Sexual: There a lot of affairs and a woman has a baby before she is married, when she is young. It seems like some of the affairs are just sad. Brief suggestions of sex, like grabbing hips, kissing, and french kissing, and once reference to an erection. A couple references to people being nude. Reference to rape. A minor character had a couple of different abortions and a man tells a lady he's having an affair with that she should get abortion when he finds out she is pregnant. A young woman takes a bath with her baby and falls asleep her baby is drowned. The woman is never the same afterword
Violence: A character slips and falls and winds up bloody. She finds out later that she was attacked. A man chokes his wife, fairly disturbing. The same man yells at a woman and locks her in his closet. People have heated arguments, a woman is punched and had her head beaten with a rock. Described from her point of view. A man hits two other woman and hits one with a bottle of beer. That man is punched over and has his nose broken. His neck is stabbed with a corkscrew. Later, another woman comes over and to make sure the man is dead she twists the corkscrew in more.
Drug and alcohol: A couple references to getting "high". People get drunk, one is an alcoholic, and others have a glass now and then. References to smoking.
Other: People lie. Some of the time to have affairs. The police are lied to. A man lies to his ex-wife and his wife.
